Youth
We were once smile keepers,
Food from the well cooked pot
So delicious and tasty
Like Sunday meal in millennium.
Our taste was so sweet in a manner that you couldn't resist,
No matter how full you are.
Finger licking good type of a meal like KFC
It's finger licking good.
We turned out to be over cooked pot spoiled with life time journey dirty spices made out of no good.
The golden side burnt in a manner you can't even pin point a bone in your dished up plate.
Like fading of cries,
We dance all day long in sheebeens, taverns and sports bars.
Entertaining each other
Boys and girls dressed up flowered clothing calling themselves certain grouping names I can mension few Skhothanes, money spenders and Italians.
Leaving our originality overwhelmed by criminality,
As we feel so comfortable in evil dirty deeds with no mercy.
Killing each othe for girls we claimed to be our loved ones so fast and fussy like Brenda Fassie smuggling drugs inhailing her own life.
Watching our souls fading away as we mesmarized our future.
Today we have no shame
Eating monkey while crying,
Where is humanity?
How can we be so shameless and humanless in our human blood and veins?
We so young
Dying so young and getting old in our graves leaving our parents in pains,
Living with shame.
Today our parents are burying us instead of us burying them
As we fallen from golden youth into world of doomed youth.
In this world we pain in our parents presents no more well cooked meal from delicious pot.
