Today am being surprised,
Surprised when I look where am coming from.
Seeing all the things
I passed to be where I am today.
Life life life.

It feels like a dream
a dream of an angel
in new Jesrusalem
The lighted house
with millions of households if not billions.

When I remember
Breathing heavy
on the misty streets
With not direction.
As I was lost on those filthy streets of people
with broken dreams.
But I manage to escape
with this Cape
From Eastern Cape valley.
Today am surprised when I look back.
Enjoying the fruits of today smiling along as i'm walking along.
Today lord am surprised

I manage to escape the part of the dry valley of death
Nor shall I say valley of hunger in Hungary land?
Today am surprised.

You saved my soul lord
When I was alone with lions of hell
When I was left alone in the dark valley of death.
Oh lord you saved my soul.

That's why I worship you
Lifting your name higher and higher with my last powers and desire.
